Privacy notice

Information and purposes

Lobby7 stores account email, profile information you enter, photos, asks, replies, messages, invitations, preferences, reports and activity needed to operate the community. Some browser preferences and conversation history stay on your device. The service uses this information for sign-in, discovery, communication, safety and reliability.

Visibility

Active members can access community records according to their permissions. Private replies are limited to their author and the asker. Direct messages are limited to participants. Contact email visibility follows your settings. Moderation reports are not shown to the reported member.

Service providers and AI

Hosting and database services use Vercel and Supabase. Email uses the configured Brevo SMTP service. AI features send your query or draft text and selected public network details to the configured language-model and embedding providers, currently Anthropic and Voyage. Private message bodies and private contact fields are not retrieved for model prompts. Review any sensitive information you include in a query or draft.

Optional error monitoring removes request bodies, cookies, user details and free-text error messages before sending technical diagnostics. Optional product analytics is restricted to event names, need categories, domains and timing; it excludes message and ask text.

Retention and deletion

The operating defaults are 365 days for messages, 90 days for notifications and invite requests, and 180 days for closed moderation reports. Open reports remain available for investigation. Cleanup is subject to the configured retention schedule. Account deletion removes the active account, its personal uploads and cascading records; shared company listings can remain without account ownership. Backup copies follow the hosting provider’s backup lifecycle.

Use Settings to change profile/contact visibility, notification preferences and blocks, download your own records, or delete your account. Use Contact us for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Read the community terms before participating.
